We offer full refunds for any reason up to 24 hours before the event start time (5:30 PM the night before the screening). To request a refund, simply open your confirmation email, view your ticket order, and click "Request Refund."

Please note that no refunds or ticket exchanges will be granted within the 24-hour window leading up to the movie, as our staffing, food truck guarantees, and equipment logistics are locked in.

To make the most of your outdoor movie experience, we recommend packing the following essentials:

• Warm Clothing & Layers: Even on warm Los Angeles days, temperatures drop quickly on the field after sunset. Bring heavy sweaters, jackets, or hoodies to stay comfortable during the second half of the movie.

• Blankets and Pillows: The center section of the field is completely reserved for blanket seating. Bring thick blankets, tarps to place underneath them to block ground moisture, and plenty of pillows for maximum comfort.

Yes. Admission for children under 6 years old is completely free, but every child must be registered with a Child Ticket at checkout. This allows us to keep an exact, real-time headcount to comply with venue capacity limits.

• Premium Tickets: Include a complimentary, low-profile chair rental provided by us on-site. You get to skip hauling your own gear and enjoy the movie from an upgraded, reserved viewing section with prime sightlines to the screen.

• VIP Tickets: The ultimate, hassle-free luxury experience. You get front-row lounge seating waiting for you, along with a premium amenity kit, valet services, and dedicated concierge staff to assist you throughout the night.

Blankets and pillows are highly encouraged! To protect the viewing lines of guests sitting flat on the ground, outside chairs with a seat height greater than 6 inches off the ground are strictly prohibited. If your outside chair is 6 inches or lower, it is permitted but must be positioned within our dedicated chair seating zones along the left and right sides of the field. The entire center section of the field is reserved exclusively for flat blanket seating. If you bring a low-profile chair, our ushers will direct you to these side aisles so everyone gets a clear, unobstructed view of the massive screen.

Yes! Outside food, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages are fully permitted. However, we will have a curated lineup of local food trucks on-site offering dinner, dessert, and drinks, so we highly recommend eating local!

Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific screening event, alcohol is strictly prohibited on the event premises, including all parking areas. To ensure a safe, family-friendly environment, security personnel will conduct light bag checks at the entry gate. Please check the specific event details on your ticket description before arriving, as venue-specific policies may vary.

While we love our furry friends, with the exception of designated, licensed service animals, pets are not allowed on the field to protect the venue and ensure guest safety.

Yes. Our event space is fully accessible, featuring level path entryways from the parking areas straight onto the field.

To protect the sightlines of guests sitting flat on the ground, all wheelchair spaces—along with all standard lawn and beach chairs—are positioned within our dedicated chair zones along the left and right sides of the field. This ensures an excellent, unobstructed view of the screen and allows for stable seating and clear exit paths.

Our operational staff is fully equipped to support you. If you or a member of your party require assistance navigating the terrain, locating your seating zone, or accessing amenities, simply notify a staff member at the check-in gate or look for an usher on the field for immediate aid.
